Guest Reviews: Read the Guest Reviews. Always start here. There is no use wasting your time if some other guest took the time to write a negative review.

Age of Property/Renovated? See how old the property is, especially if it is ranked less than 3 stars. Has it been newly renovated? Does it offer high speed wi-fi internet access? If it does you can be reasonably sure that
it is under good management. If not, move on.

Security: Security should always be an issue, especially for women, small children, and youngsters. Does the property have insider corridors? If not, move on.
